In Hong Kong, millions of people went to the polls for district elections Sunday, handing pro-democracy candidates a stunning victory. Pro-democracy candidates won nearly 90 percent of the seats—400 of the 452 seats—amid the ongoing, massive pro-democracy protests that have rocked the Chinese-ruled territory.
